Open thoughtful one-to-one conversations with dental-practice decision-makers on approved social platforms. The role combines careful research, personalized messaging, patient follow-up, qualification, account safety, and complete CRM notes rather than mass automated direct messages.
What you will do
- Research dentists, practice managers, owners, DSOs, and relevant buying signals before making contact.
- Send personalized connection requests and direct messages through approved LinkedIn, Facebook, or other workflows.
- Follow up at respectful intervals, respond to questions accurately, and stop outreach promptly when requested.
- Qualify practice profile, decision-maker role, billing pain point, timing, interest, and next-step permission.
- Protect account health by staying within platform rules, reasonable volumes, and Guardian's manual-review controls.
- Log conversations and handoff context in the CRM while sharing message and audience insights with sales and marketing.
What we are looking for
- At least one year of B2B social prospecting, appointment setting, community sales, or comparable outreach experience.
- Professional US-English writing with strong personalization and conversation skills.
- Experience using prospect research, social profiles, and CRM notes to manage consistent follow-up.
- Ability to distinguish a qualified business conversation from engagement that should not be pursued.
- Reliable remote working habits and availability for agreed US-market outreach periods.
Helpful, but not required
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outreach to US healthcare or dental decision-makers
- Apollo, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, GoHighLevel, or structured CRM spreadsheets
- Experience achieving meetings while maintaining low complaint and account-restriction rates
What you can expect
- Remote work with clear conversation, qualification, and meeting metrics
- Approved messaging, buyer guidance, and close collaboration with sales
- Growth opportunities across outreach strategy, sales development, and account research
