Turn Guardian's dental billing knowledge into clear content that helps US dental-practice leaders understand revenue-cycle problems and practical solutions. You will research carefully, interview subject-matter experts, write for search and conversion, and verify every clinical, payer, compliance, or financial claim before publication.
What you will do
- Research and write US-English blogs, service pages, landing pages, case studies, email content, and social copy.
- Explain dental billing, insurance verification, denials, collections, credentialing, and RCM topics in plain language.
- Interview dental billing subject-matter experts and convert source material into original, useful content.
- Apply search intent, outlines, headings, internal links, metadata, calls to action, and on-page SEO without keyword stuffing.
- Fact-check claims, cite credible sources when needed, and flag anything that cannot be verified before publication.
- Revise from editorial feedback, meet agreed deadlines, and maintain accurate status and source notes.
What we are looking for
- At least two years of professional B2B, healthcare, insurance, SaaS, or technical content writing.
- A portfolio showing polished US English, useful structure, research depth, and more than one content format.
- Ability to understand specialized material and write accurately for non-technical business readers.
- Working knowledge of SEO briefs, search intent, editorial review, originality, and source verification.
- Reliable freelance communication and deadline management in a remote workflow.
Helpful, but not required
- Dental, medical billing, healthcare RCM, insurance, or dental-practice content experience
- WordPress, Google Docs, Search Console, Semrush, Ahrefs, or comparable content tools
- Experience producing SME-led case studies, service pages, email sequences, or conversion content
What you can expect
- Flexible remote freelance work with structured briefs and editorial feedback
- Direct access to dental billing subject-matter experts for credible source material
- Opportunity to develop deep expertise across dental revenue-cycle topics and content formats
