Create targeted outbound email programs that earn replies from US dental decision-makers without damaging sender reputation or trust. You will own list quality, mailbox and domain health, relevant copy, safe sending, campaign analysis, and clean CRM handoff.
What you will do
- Research and segment dental-practice prospects using clear ideal-client and suppression criteria.
- Maintain list hygiene and coordinate SPF, DKIM, DMARC, mailbox setup, warm-up, verification, and sending limits.
- Write concise, personalized sequences with relevant pain points, respectful calls to action, and controlled testing.
- Monitor bounce, spam complaint, unsubscribe, delivery, reply, positive-reply, and meeting-booked performance daily.
- Pause unsafe campaigns, diagnose deliverability changes, and document corrective action before resuming sends.
- Record replies, consent and suppression status, qualification notes, and handoffs accurately in the CRM.
What we are looking for
- At least two years running B2B cold-email or outbound-email campaigns in production.
- Practical understanding of sender reputation, authentication, warm-up, verification, throttling, and suppression.
- Ability to write natural US-English outreach and personalize beyond superficial merge fields.
- Experience reporting campaign metrics and improving results through controlled tests.
- Sound judgment about platform terms, opt-out handling, privacy, and ethical prospecting.
Helpful, but not required
- Apollo, Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, Mailshake, Clay, Hunter, NeverBounce, or ZeroBounce
- US dental, healthcare, SaaS, agency, or professional-services outreach experience
- HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or another CRM with documented lead-handoff workflows
What you can expect
- Remote ownership of campaigns with clear deliverability and pipeline metrics
- Access to approved service positioning, dental expertise, and sales feedback
- Room to improve research, copy, automation, and conversion through responsible experimentation
