The Outreach and Business Development Specialist will identify and contact dental practices across the United States, build relationships with decision-makers, qualify potential clients, and schedule sales consultations for Guardian Dental Billing. The role involves cold calling, email and LinkedIn outreach, consistent follow-up, CRM management, and meeting client acquisition targets.
What you will do
- Research and identify dental practices across the United States
- Contact dentists, practice owners, office managers, and decision-makers
- Conduct outreach through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Introduce Guardian Dental Billing’s services and value proposition
- Qualify potential clients based on their billing needs and challenges
- Schedule discovery calls and sales consultations with qualified prospects
- Follow up consistently with leads until a decision is made
- Maintain accurate lead and activity records in the CRM
- Meet weekly and monthly outreach, appointment, and client acquisition targets
- Provide regular updates on prospect feedback, objections, and opportunities
What we are looking for
- Proven experience in business development, lead generation, appointment setting, or B2B sales
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Confidence in cold calling and communicating with business decision-makers
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
- Ability to conduct outreach through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and consistently achieve performance targets
- Availability to work during U.S. business hours
- Reliable computer, internet connection, and professional remote workspace
Helpful, but not required
- Experience working with dental practices, healthcare providers, or medical billing companies
- Knowledge of dental billing, insurance claims, accounts receivable, credentialing, or revenue cycle management
- Experience selling outsourced services to dentists, practice owners, or office managers
- Familiarity with CRM systems, lead-generation platforms, and email outreach tools
- Existing network or database of dental practices in the United States
- Experience generating qualified appointments and closing new clients
